The French Socialist deputy, Benoît Hamon, wants the law to recognize burnout as an occupational disease. 

According to Mr. Hamon "burn-out is a social challenge we must meet". That is why he has tabled three amendments to the draft law on social dialogue for the professional recognition of burnout.
